What Happens During Your Session?
Each session is intuitively tailored to your unique energy and needs. Here’s what you can expect:
⭐ Grounding Check-In (5-10 minutes): We’ll start with a quick check-in to set the focus for your session. Together, we’ll uncover what feels heavy or unclear, setting intentions for the energy work ahead.
⭐ Energetic Realignment (30 minutes): Through conversation and using tools such as Reiki, guided meditation, and intuitive energy work, we’ll clear stagnant energy, balance your field, and bring you back to centre. Tools like oracle cards or crystals may be incorporated to amplify the energy shifts. During this process, we’ll also invite your guides and angels to join the session, providing their loving support and wisdom to deepen the healing and alignment.
⭐ Clarity Activation (15 minutes): With your energy aligned, we’ll explore the clarity that emerges. I’ll guide you with insights, journaling prompts, or next-step actions to help you anchor the shifts. Messages or guidance from your angels and guides may also come through to assist you on your path.
⭐ Closing Grounding We’ll seal the session with affirmations and a grounding practice, leaving you empowered and ready to move forward. You’ll leave with the reassurance that your guides and angels are walking with you every step of the way.
