When I first started on my journey years ago, I created a document in which I could record not only my goals and dreams but also my progress in moving forward.

Personally, I found that yearly diaries and planners would only ever be used when I was on track and then I would beat myself up for a partly used space that was dated and I felt I was falling behind and never was able to catch up so to speak. Also, they never had a space for me to record my daily card, affirmation or quote.

I chose to break the process down into a 30 day process and create something I really loved using.. So much easier to record and keep track of as well as it didn't seem so big to take on.
