Coaching

It is your responsibility to ensure that the coaching series you commit to can be completed in the nominated time frame.  If you need to negotiate further time, please note that this is at the discretion of Kim Williams - Flourish R&R.

By using our services, you agree that Kim Williams - Flourish R&R is not to be held liable for any decisions you make based on any of our services or guidance and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold Kim Williams - Flourish R&R liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by Kim Williams - Flourish R&R.

 

All our information on both the website and in consultations is intended to assist you and does not in any way, nor is it intended to substitute professional, financial or legal advice.  Results are not guaranteed and Kim Williams - Flourish R&R takes no responsibility for your actions, choices or decisions.

Refunds 

Kim Williams - Flourish R&R processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Pricing

Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Payment

Payment through our website is via PayPal or Stripe with your pay pal account or credit card.

​

We do not offer cash payment on pick up. Items must be paid in full prior to arranging pick up of item/s.

​

Shipping

Goods are shipped from North Queensland, Australia. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin order processing until the next business day. You can expect us to ship your order within 2-5 business days of receiving it in most cases.

You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that we use Australia Post to send orders & we use the utmost care in packaging your goods, however once your order is shipped it is no longer our responsibility.

 

Kim Williams - Flourish R&R do not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, with your tracking number you are able to view the status of your parcel through:-

Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times like Christmas and Easter.

Kim Williams - Flourish R&R do not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been taken by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit.

Kim Williams - Flourish R&R will not Refund or reimburse postage costs in such cases.

If you based in Townsville, we are happy for you to make arrangement for pick up. Note that payment is required in full prior to pick up, and the time & location is at management’s discretion.

 

Returns, Changes and Cancellations

Once orders are placed via the Kim Williams - Flourish R&R website they are considered final.

 

Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is posted please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credits if you change your mind or your item is the wrong colour/size etc.

Please note that we will not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it.

Product Descriptions

All products featured on the Kim Williams - Flourish R&R website are described to the best of our abilities and using the information available to us at the time. Care is taken to ensure that this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error in entry of information. Please keep in mind that colours and textures that appear on the screen can alter slightly to the real item.

We reserve the right to change any information including but not limited to pricing, specifications, descriptions, or product names without notice.

 

Custom Made Items

Custom Made Items are made to your specifications - we proceed with your order based on your instructions & spelling. Once you select that you agree to our terms & conditions - we can no longer take any responsibility for spelling errors or any other errors.

Custom items & items purchased on sale are neither returnable nor refundable. If you believe your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible for advice. We will repair, replace or refund items that are considered faulty, according to our requirement by law.

Use of Website & Services

We cannot guarantee that the website services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error-free basis. We will endeavor to ensure the website is always available and virus free, however from time-to-time, and in some instances, this may not be the case as it may be out of our immediate control. We will notify the public if the website becomes unavailable for any lengthy and unusual time period.
