Level 1 - Awareness of Self
Level 1 is where you begin your relationship with Reiki.
This is your opportunity to slow down, become curious about your own energy and learn how Reiki can become part of your everyday life.
You'll learn the foundations of Reiki, how to work with the energy for yourself and how to begin recognising the subtle ways your body, energy and intuition communicate with you.

Level 2 - The Illumination of Work
Where Reiki meets the way you work, lead and live.
Level 2 is where Reiki moves beyond the treatment table and into the way you work and live.
You'll learn the Level 2 symbols, distance Reiki and deeper ways of working with Reiki — but the Flourish approach goes further.
We explore how Reiki can illuminate what's happening beneath the surface so you can notice, discern and respond with greater awareness.
You might own a business and want to weave Reiki into what you already do.
You might work for someone else and discover that Reiki changes how you manage your energy, communicate, set boundaries and navigate your workplace.
Or you might simply want to deepen your own practice.
Reiki doesn't have to become your job.
It can change the way you do your job.

A personalised one-to-one experience where we explore Reiki in the context of your work, your business and your life — whether you're building a Reiki practice, weaving it into an existing business, or simply exploring what Reiki changes about the way you work.
Reiki Level 2 isn't about learning more for the sake of knowing more.
It's about discovering what you're going to do with what you've learned.
Level 3 - When you're ready to teach
For those who feel called to take their Reiki practice into teaching and attunement.
Master Level is not simply the next qualification to collect.
It is a deeper commitment to your own Reiki practice, your understanding of the energy and your ability to confidently hold space for others learning Reiki.
Before undertaking Master Level training, I encourage students to spend time practising Levels 1 and 2 so you have the opportunity to develop your own relationship with the energy before stepping into the role of teacher.
