Grounding and Shielding 101: Essential Practices for Staying Centred and Protected

Energy is constantly flowing around and through us. If you’ve ever felt drained after being in a crowded space, overwhelmed by other people’s emotions, or just a little off without knowing why, chances are your energy is ungrounded or unprotected. Grounding and shielding are two essential practices that help you stay centered, balanced, and protected from external influences. Here’s how you can integrate them into your daily routine.


Grounding: Connecting to Stability

Grounding is the practice of connecting your energy to the Earth, allowing you to feel more stable, present, and in control. When you’re grounded, you’re less likely to be swayed by outside energies or emotions. Here are some simple grounding techniques:


1. Earthing (Barefoot Connection)
